Terms of Service

Terms for users, storefront customers, merchants, and team members using the ecenoww platform.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Acceptance and service scope

  • By creating an account, opening a store, visiting a storefront, or using an ecenoww feature, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms shown before use.
  • ecenoww provides online-store infrastructure, marketplace discovery, product and inventory management, orders, credits, payments, slip verification, digital delivery, and third-party integrations.

2. Roles of ecenoww, merchants, and customers

  • A storefront purchase contract is between the merchant and customer. The merchant controls its products, prices, sales terms, delivery, refunds, and warranties unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • ecenoww supplies technology and is not the owner or seller of merchant products. Helping review evidence or coordinate a dispute does not make ecenoww a party to the sale.

3. Eligibility, accounts, and security

  • Users must have legal capacity to contract; minors require consent from a lawful guardian. Merchants must be authorized to conduct their business and sell listed products.
  • Account, store, and payment-receiver information must be accurate and current. Users must protect passwords, OTPs, devices, and team permissions and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Merchant responsibilities

  • Merchants must clearly disclose identity, contact channels, product details, prices, material restrictions, delivery, refund, and warranty terms and comply with consumer, tax, licensing, and product-standard laws.
  • Merchants are responsible for inventory, keys, codes, files, digital content, customer support, refunds, and harm caused by their products, content, or use of customer data.

5. Plans, fees, and service periods

  • Prices, billing cycles, taxes, entitlements, and limits are those displayed at checkout and on the applicable invoice. An invoice or transaction checkout controls if displayed information conflicts.
  • Plan changes may take effect immediately or next cycle as shown. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase existing charges. Expired, overdue, cancelled, or suspended plans may restrict the backoffice and storefront.
  • Fees for a service period that has begun are non-refundable except where required by law, charged twice due to a system error, or expressly approved by ecenoww.

6. Payments, credits, and payouts

  • Payers must verify the amount, reference, and receiver account before transferring. Uploading a slip does not complete payment until the system or an authorized reviewer confirms it.
  • Slips may be checked by third-party services and rejected when the amount, time, receiver, or evidence does not match. Reusing or falsifying payment evidence is prohibited.
  • Credits and balances are limited-purpose service records, not deposits, and earn no interest. Merchant payouts may be reviewed, delayed, or rejected for fraud prevention, disputes, or Terms violations.

7. Orders, digital delivery, refunds, and disputes

  • Keys, codes, files, or other digital goods may be delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Customers must review product terms before ordering and secure delivered information.
  • Cancellations, refunds, replacements, and warranties follow merchant terms and applicable law. Merchant terms cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
  • During a dispute, ecenoww may preserve records and temporarily hold delivery or payouts while reviewing accurate evidence from the parties.

8. Marketplace display

  • A store appears in the marketplace when visibility is enabled and system conditions are met. Search and ordering may consider query relevance, store status, availability, information completeness, and update time.
  • ecenoww may hide or remove stores and products that are incomplete, expired, risky, or non-compliant. Continued display is not an endorsement.

9. Content and intellectual property

  • Users retain ownership of uploaded content and confirm they have rights to it. They grant ecenoww a limited right to host, copy, resize, display, and transmit it as needed to operate, back up, and promote the store according to its settings.
  • ecenoww software, designs, marks, and content belong to ecenoww or its licensors and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or used beyond the granted permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Users may not offer illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious, unlawfully obtained, or improperly licensed goods, services, data, or content.
  • Users may not attack the service, bypass limits, consume unreasonable resources, access accounts or data without authorization, or falsify transactions, reviews, or payment evidence.

11. Third-party services and availability

  • LINE, Discord, email, banking, slip verification, hosting, and other integrations are also governed by their providers. ecenoww does not control their changes or outages.
  • The service may be interrupted for maintenance, emergencies, security, or events beyond reasonable control. ecenoww will provide notice when reasonably possible.

12. Review, suspension, and termination

  • ecenoww may request evidence, restrict features, hide content, hold funds, suspend accounts, or terminate service for suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, overdue fees, or Terms violations.
  • Except in urgent cases, ecenoww will try to provide a reason and review channel. Users may submit evidence through the official channels published on the website.

13. Liability

  • Each party is responsible for harm caused by its conduct, rights violations, or legal non-compliance. Merchants remain responsible for product, content, tax, and customer-data claims.
  • To the extent permitted by law, ecenoww is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, merchant products, misuse, or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or mandatory legal rights.

14. Ending service and data

  • Users may stop using or request account closure after addressing outstanding fees, orders, disputes, refunds, and legal duties. Merchants should export available data before service ends.
  • After termination, ecenoww may delete or de-identify data under its retention schedule, except records required for transactions, disputes, security, or law.

15. Changes, governing law, and contact

  • ecenoww may update these Terms for service, legal, or risk changes. The updated date will be displayed, and material changes will be notified through the website, service, or contact channel before taking effect where reasonably possible.
  • Thai law governs these Terms. Parties should first seek a good-faith resolution through the official channels published on the website without limiting any right to contact a regulator or competent court.
  • Questions, complaints, and review requests may be submitted through the official channels displayed on the ecenoww website.
